We had a fantastic time with our whole family exploring the nearby area and loved that the hotel was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The staff was excellent, especially Elizabeth, who made us feel at home and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have more breakfast options for families traveling with children.

the extended stay is a fantastic option with a great location near washington dc. i particularly appreciated the level of service from the staff. they went above and beyond, ensuring my needs were met during my stay. cleanliness is a top priority here too, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

I had a great stay at Extended Stay America Suites, Washington, Dc, Gaithersburg, South! The room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals for my family. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially during check-in. The grab-and-go breakfast options were convenient for our busy mornings.

The accommodations included a comfortable bed and functional appliances, but the experience was marred by serious cleanliness issues including roaches and a faulty toilet that overflowed multiple times without resolution. Additionally, rude staff and improper billing added to the frustration. The location near grocery stores and transportation was a plus, but it was overshadowed by the lack of professionalism from the staff.

The hotel was clean, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. I loved how personable Elizabeth was, really making me feel welcomed during my stay.

The Stonehouse Grille served up some fantastic dishes, and La Villa Restaurant was a delight for Italian cravings. Plus, I loved that there was a TV in the room for movie nights!

The room was spacious and mostly clean, though the sofa bed mattress looked pretty dirty, so we didn’t use it. The kitchenette was great for preparing meals, but we noticed a strong heat issue. it got too warm at times, even with the heating off. WiFi connection was spotty too, which was frustrating. Overall, the cleanliness was decent, but the hallways could use some attention. I did appreciate that the lobby and common areas were well-kept. I think with a little more effort in maintenance and housekeeping, this place could really shine.

Comfortable stay with solid service

Had a decent night at this place. Room was comfy and clean. They had a nice picnic area outside to chill. Staff were okay, but the lady at reception could've been a bit friendlier. Wi-Fi was sketchy too, had to reach out for help.

I had a surprisingly comfortable stay, enjoying the reliable internet speed and the availability of in-room cooking facilities. The furnishings were more ample than expected, making it quite cozy.
